What do you love most about your job?
The relief on the customers face when you finally get the blcokage clear and allow them to use the facilities as normal. Along with the sense of achieve that you get when finally restore full flow to facilities. You learn something new in the job every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for many drainage company’s over the years I felt I could offer more to the customers. Rather than them being just a number, we give the customer a different experience. We ensure we go above and beyond to help afterwards if the customer requires. The small things such as cleaning up the batch room for an elder who may struggle to do so. It’s the small things that go a long way.
