I have always been an active person and passionate about my health and fitness. I have been training for many years and learned many lessons along the way in strength, body building and general fitness. I enjoy sports such as football and basketball and in my early years was a 100m sprinter.

I have just finished my 2nd block of 10 sessions with Matthew and it has been well worth the investment. Not only is he a great personal trainer, he is also very personable and I look forward to our workouts.

He provides me with the motivation I need to really push myself and he’s also been great at teaching me the proper technique and how to really focus on the movements I’m making to work the muscles properly.

I really noticed that I was improving with my lifting, mobility, endurance and just generally feeling good.

I am so happy we found Matthew, he is the best pt I could have wished for. He took the time to understand my goals and help me achieve them. I was really nervous using a pt for the first time but Matthew was friendly and approachable from the start helping me feel comfortable. He always takes the time to explain and demonstrate the exercises ensuring you have the correct form and knowledge. Matthew is really encouraging and always pushes you that little bit further to do things you thought you couldn't, which always leaves you feeling great! Working with Matthew has really changed the way I use exercise and the gym and I've never felt more confident in doing so. I highly recommend Matthew to anybody who is considering using a pt. Matthew was worth every penny, he motivated and pushed me to new levels of performance, answering any questions I had with a smile on his face. It's easy to see that Matthew is very passionate with personal training and passing on his knowledge.
I come away with gym confidence and a better understanding of the human body.

I started working with Matt July 2022 - I have always been a bit intimidated by weight training and thought it wasn’t for me. How wrong I was! Matt is a brilliant trainer, patient, intuitive, knows how hard to push you and when. I’m making great progress and as a menopausal woman in her mid 50s I’m really enjoying the challenge! I’m seeing my weight and more importantly shape start to change each month. And I’m definitely far stronger than when I started out. I would thoroughly recommend Matt to anyone that is considering strength and weight training. I really look forward to my sessions and the hour flies by. I have gone through my fair share of Personal Trainers over the years, but I’m so happy to have finally found Matt.

His sessions are creative and challenging but you get the perfect amount of motivation to complete the exercises.

Matt has helped me realise the importance of proper technique, and this has helped me get the most from my sessions.

I started seeing Matt at the end of May and I weighed 96kg, as of last week (November) I am now 84kg and this is just the start.

I recommend Matt for any type of fitness work, he is a dream to work with.

Couldn’t have asked for a better PT!! He has excellent communication and knowledge in all aspects of training. I have been training with him for sometime now and have gained the muscle and strength I needed with amazing results. All the exercises are tailored to your needs and there is never a dull moment. Matthew is a really great PT. He is very approachable and has had no issues with changing the plan last minute due to injury or fatigue. Everything is well thought out and hitting the goals we made at the start. He has a huge depth of knowledge and really great at correcting technique which was a key focus of mine.
