Matteo is a superb PT, with an insight and understanding beyond his years.

In 2010 I sustained a significant leg fracture with further large operations occurring in 2018 to correct a substantial deformity of my tib & fib.

Having gone to “market leading” PTs including some that contribute to Men’s health magazine. Matteo is far and away superior. He has been able within 8 months to take me from being unable to walk without pain to walking, jogging and lifting in excess of 100kg on squats and deadlifts.

Matteo is hands down the best PT I have come across. I was looking for someone that was able to cater to my specific needs rather than just give me a generic workout and I came to Matteo with a number of injuries ranging from mild to more serious and rather than avoid the problem areas he actually built them in to our sessions and now, after a few months of weekly sessions (with nothing extra outside of the sessions), not only are my strength and fitness massively improved but my joints are in the best condition they have been for years. It's really great to have a trainer that also has such a depth of knowledge about the body. It's like having a personal trainer and a physio rolled in to one! Not only are the results amazing but the sessions are fun and engaging and he makes you feel completely at ease. He is not like many trainers I have met, he has zero ego and you can tell he genuinely loves health and fitness and wants the best for his clients. He is also really hard working and always happy to help, for example writing plans to follow outside of our sessions and suggesting rehab exercises for injuries/niggles from playing sport week to week. I’ve been training with Matteo for over two years now, and in that time we’ve made great progress. Matteo really understands what I need from our sessions and makes sure we mix things up - introducing, for example, more gymnastic and callisthenic elements into our sessions together. This adds new elements of difficulty into my workouts and ensures I don’t get bored.
