Many thanks to Matt, Charlie and Harvey who have hopefully fixed the leak in my roof. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. They also fitted a downpipe so that my mid-terrace house has its own drainage and I don't have to rely on my neighbours' gutters being clear and fixed loose exterior wall tiles. When exploring various options from basic roof repairs to replacing all of the existing roof tiles, we contacted a number of organisations. Matt was very responsive, we found him to be very knowledgeable and patient, he provided various detailed quotations in a timely manner. We asked Matt to replace all of the existing tiles with concrete tiles and a tentative start date was agreed. However, in the meantime we decided that we really wanted a natural slate roof but thought it would be out of the question as the property has a low pitch roof and is in a very exposed location. Following a further meeting with Matt he suggested a suitable solution which was agreed upon.We are so pleased we chose Matt, he and his son Charlie are reliable, friendly and professional, they worked meticulously with great attention to detail. Clear costed, detailed quote and invoice. Very good email replies and easily contacted by phone. Work carried out as described with excellent updates. I had cheaper quotes but went with him because of the quality of the quote and meeting him to go round the house to assess work, I was impressed with his knowledge , experience and advice.
