I have known Matt for over 2 years and during that time I have always found him to be kind, patient and understanding whilst also remaining professional.
Matt manages to bring out the best in me, even when I am not in the zone.

I have had great sessions with matt and will continue my sessions with him, every session has been specifically planned for me to reach my personal goals. He’s great at adapting different exercises to my abilities and is amazing at explaining and demonstrating each exercise to make sure I am doing it correctly. Designing and delivering personalised programmes to work with the clients goals, stay in contact and up to date with the client about workouts and nutrition.

Being on the correct programme, hard work and consistency.

Helping clients achieve there goals whilst making it fun and motivating to do so.

What inspired you to start your own business?
putting my heart and soul into my passion, knowing that all results are down too me and with my experience and knowledge I know that this results and the service I offer is as high as it can be.

Because first of all I am very approachable and easy to speak to, I take the time to listen to the client on what they want to achieve, I come up with the perfect solution to help reach the goals and targets highlighted by the client, i'm honest and not just here to take peoples money but to reach success with the client in what they want to achieve and plan out the correct way to do so.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
now the times have slightly changed with the covid rules, I will ask the clients there thoughts on the situation and what they feel most comfortable doing.
