I was hesitant to leave a review for personal reasons, but hey, there's nothing wrong with needing help sometimes or with people knowing you're getting it. My reason for seeking out Counseling was to originally help with PTSD and some unresolved personal issues. Since then I've got advice and help on many things, felt so much better and am starting to get some direction in life again. It's going to take time but so far every session has been incredibly helpful and worth the money. Tony is friendly, approachable, unbelievably supportive and doesn't try to use jargon or beat about the bush. Conversations never feel clinical or one way and from day 1 I felt at ease. The practise room is comfortable, conveniently located (and discreet) and not too busy visually or audibly for those who may struggle with those things.
