Plumber was in apartment for 10 mins and didn't replace any parts and presented an invoice for £217 without confirming cost prior to fixing the problem. Alex was very unprofessional. Had a blocked bathtub drain that was causing a leak. I had a quick response and a man came to property a few hours later. He was very polite and down to earth . He can and gave a free quote after first insisting he checked to be sure what the issue was and how much it would cost , explained the problem as he went along and showed me where the blockage was and then fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Mohammed and his colleague came out to see a problem we had with some blocked down pipes whilst here he gave us a price for unblocking the down pipes and a very reasonable price to do all the guttering. Both men were very professional, friendly and only left when we were satisfied with the work but not only us being satisfied but Mohammed ensured he was satisfied too with the work he had done Very good workers like these two are hard to find so I will certainly be recommending Master Drains and storing there number for future. Mohammed came out within an hour of me contacting him and identified the problem within 10minutes and done the work within an hour. Both Mohammed and his colleague were very friendly and professional and did not leave until they were fully satisfied that the job had been done properly and we were happy. They even offered to come back and do a little extra work.
