We have used Marwood Canine Spa and Country Club for grooming, their wedding package and for a week long stay for our St. Bernard . Through out the whole experience Kirsti was professional and completely devoted to our boy. They went above and beyond updating us with his daily activities that helped us know our boy was safe and happy while we were away. During our wedding they looked after Ollie brilliantly and kept him calm and relaxed at all appropriate times. Kirsti has been fantastic with my massive rescue pup, from the very beginning when he was really nervous to now when he's found his confidence. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone who's looking for a groomer who not only grooms your dog to a high standard (he always looks so fluffy and gorgeous that walking home everyone stops us to comment that he looks great!) but also takes into consideration any bits your pup finds a bit scary until they don't find it scary anymore and apparently feel the need to rest their head on her back while she's shampooing him (or maybe that's just my 'helpful' pup!) Kirsti is relaxed and wonderful both when she's groomed my dog and when he boarded with her, considering he's a rescue and pretty big I trust her 100% with him. More...
