I am sorry you feel this way but i must say i completed other work on your house which you was happy with. I had originally said when i fibreglassed your concrete gutters that it may not work and you may need a concrete gutter specialist and you were still happy to go ahead with it so to say ive taken your money and stopped answering is very exaggerated.

Samuel was quick to respond when I had a leak coming from the utility room ceiling. He came around, went up on the roof to look and identified the issue. We agreed a price and a time for him to do the job. Everything was quick and easy.

I have since contacted him again to help with an unrelated issue and had the same great service.
