am Debbie, a registered counsellor who takes an integrative approach to therapy. My practice integrates a variety of different theories and approaches, creating a bespoke program for each client. I am a member of NCS (National Counselling Society) and can offer sessions in my therapy room overlooking beautiful fields. The area is safe and comfortable and I hope you can feel secure and supported enough to disclose anything in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with the view that the client is the expert. l am here to listen and to understand. I understand that beginning this journey can be nerve-racking and daunting but I can offer support and help to put new clients at ease.

I work in many different ways depending on what issues my client brings. I work in an integrative way meaning I use techniques from a variety of different counselling styles. I will discuss all of this with you during your assessment and together we will find a style that you feel would suit you best.
