A recent client has said...From the initial meeting with Mark Wiffen of Marlin Design we were impressed with his understanding of the needs of our family for a new home. Mark made welcome suggestions that became incorporated in the final design. Mark clearly explained the planning process and met all the deadlines that were set and was always prompt in responding to queries. The Building Regs Drawings and Specifications for the works were remarkably detailed and "foolproof". Unfortunately our first set of builders were appalling but with Mark's invaluable help in drafting reports of grave defects in workmanship we were able to cancel our building contract without the risk of litigation. The new builders are fabulous and we are near completion as at October 2021. We heartily recommend the excellent Marlin Design.
