Miles and his co-worker have recently completed some work on our home; removing the old and worn out guttering, cleaning our existing fascia before installing soffit venting, followed by the installation of new guttering. Miles was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, from our initial phone call, a visit to provide an accurate quote and then completing the job, he was professional and friendly throughout, all work was completed to an extremely high standard and our outside spaces were left spotlessly clean upon completion. Very reliable replaced fitted full flat roof Excellent service. 100% recommended. Initially came round to quote job but when seeing area needing work, made area safe and waterproof, with no prompt to do so with no obligation to use them for the actual job. When working on the job, kept you informed at all times, prompt, cleaned as they go and workmanship was to an excellent standard. A good experience from start to finish. Very helpful, dealt with my initial enquiry and Miles was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution. A complex task, as my roofing tiles had failed and the only solution was to lay new tiles to avoid further damage to the outside the property boundary. This was complicated as there was more damage than anticipated. Mile’s team managed the whole process, he and his colleague dealt with all the agencies materials etc. Communications with marleyroofingandbuilding were polite and helpful throughout the process. Did a great job on site and persevered! The site was left very neat and the team ensured that disruption to neighbours was minimal. They came when they said and did a good clean job, at a good price and even came back after the scaffolding was taken down to check all OK and clean off flat roof. 100% will be back if I need anything else.
