What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to relax and rebalance their life. Holistically - mind, emotions and body. External factors can trigger stress, which in many people, manifests as muscular tension. Feeling pain or achy, for no reason, is your body’s way of telling you that something is wrong and that it needs help resuming balance. That's where my massage comes in - my focus is on your muscles and calming your nervous system.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a regular receiver of massage and have been for many years, but something was always missing after I left the shop/spa. By the time i got home I was always back at square one after being stuck in traffic or waiting for a bus and walking home. So, thinking that it would be best to bring the massage therapy, and I mean actual therapy, to the people. That way they could remain at home and feel the effects of the massage for longer. They would feel confident enough to speak up if they wanted more or less pressure, they would be in charge.

Relaxing Massage for Women
This is a full body massage to help relax and soothe your nervous system. Allowing you to remain solely focused on how your body responds to my touch. You may also enter a deep temporary sleep, long enough to awaken feeling rejuvenated mentally, physically and emotionally.
Swedish Massage for Women
This a whole body Therapeutic Massage that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health, by creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. This massage helps to :-
Ease muscular strain - flushing toxins
Improving blood circulation
Keep ligaments and tendons supple
Reduce emotional and physical stress
Ease pain around the body
Deep Tissue Massage for Women
This is a massage using various techniques and deep pressure. It uses slow strokes with the aim of releasing the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and connective tissues.
This massage is typically focused on the areas of discomfort, such as your back, neck, shoulders and legs. It has similar benefits to a Swedish massage but just reaches deeper into the muscle fibres.
(Please be aware that due to this being a slow massage more time may be needed to cover the entire body).
Back, Neck and Shoulders for Women
As the name suggests, this is a massage solely focusing your back, neck, shoulders and arms. using a Swedish style of massage on these areas to ease tension and stress.
