Within a very short time of contacting Markless the proprietor Mark called to assess the condition of the two rugs to be cleaned, one of which was ingrained with coal dust from the stove. He took both rugs for cleaning plus a stain guarding treatment and within a couple of days returned with them looking absolutely pristine! Have had my hall and stairs cleaned by Mark today and I can't fault the service he and Sharon have provided. When I initially called asking for an estimate Mark arrived that same afternoon giving me a very competitive price. He also managed to fit in my clean just before Christmas, a huge plus. I've used another carpet cleaning company in the past but I have to say, Markless is far superior. My carpets haven't looked this clean since they were new, far better than the previous company. I found Markless by way of recommendation. Mark popped round to quote the job in super fast time and was available to clean two floors of my business premises at my convenience (when the place was empty! ). Quote and job both very promptly attended to, a high quality job and I have no hesitation in recommending on to others. When I need another clean I certainly won't look elsewhere. Absolutely pleased with the service I have received today. My 16 year old cream carpets look like new. I also had a very badly soiled area in my room where sadly my rescue pets think it's great to use as a toilet. Mark came and did a stunning job on our 2 year old leather sofa that had our little girls grubby paw prints all over it, when he had finished it looked like the day we had it delivered, the leather was soft and had a lovely sheen to it a pleasure to look at again. The dining room carpet which had seen its fair share of spills and little ladies dinner was an absolute victory, we'd debated going and buying a new one but glad we didn't bother after Mark had worked his magic. Yesterday mark came and cleaned my carpets in 3 rooms and my two sofas which were just gross as we have 4 children, a dog And 2 cats!
