Great for classes..And great value as my husband has full membership and upgraded from £20 to £25 and i have access 4 times a month. Which is all i use. So access to the gym for £5Classes cost no more apart from yoga which i don't go to anyway. More...

Great everyday gym at a fantastic price. Best for going out of peak hours but the selection fo weights and racks is excellent and there are lots of cardio machines

Excellent Gym. All the Staff are good natured and professional and always willing to help. Facilities are always clean and a pleasure to use. The Spin Classes are wonderful and Claire Thompson's Vibe/Spin classes are an added bonus due to her motivational, enthusiastic and happy demeanour. Great way to help my Triathlon training. Love it suits me down to the ground. Clean pleasant environment for me to train in. I don't need saunas swimming pool or any frills. I prefer just to train and get out. If you like all the extras, shower jell, telly, sandwiches, coffee bar and loads of mirrors etc it's probably not for you. Only complaint is again a personal one I miss a cold shower and the ones here are all the same temperatures hot. More...
