I help busy men and women move better and feel healthier so they can enjoy the benefits of health as they get older, without giving up the things they love, or missing out on time with loved ones.

Whilst fat loss and looking better are at the top of most peoples' wishlist (and that's fine), my approach focuses on health and improving the way you move as the foundation upon which fat loss and looking better are based.

We assess your starting point, what you want to achieve, the time you have available and what you're willing to do to achieve your goals, then we create your plan around those factors so you're making progress without getting overwhelmed.

My aim is to help people avoid the confusion that comes with all the conflicting information in the fitness industry. No fads or gimmicks.

Most of all, I love seeing clients achieve what they want to achieve, and even stuff they didn't realise they wanted too!

I always loved sports as a kid, and soon realised that I wanted to become a Trainer and make my passion my job (I know that sounds cliche but fitness is genuinely my hobby as well as my job - it's what I like to do, read and learn about and I never stop educating myself).

I've been a Personal Trainer since 2004 and have continued to educate myself throughout my career.

I've helped thousands of people through one-to-one and group PT, fitness classes and Bootcamps, and Online Coaching.

Whilst I truly believe I can help anyone who wants my help, my focus now is on helping people to Move Better by stepping away from the traditional bodybuilding-style gym routines and start a more movement-based practice to build real-world, "useful" strength, not just getting strong "at exercises".

Yes, I offer an Online Coaching program that is bespoke to each client.

We start with a zoom call to discuss your goals and what's needed for you to succeed, then we can set up your personalised training and nutrition plan and get you started.

You'll have regular contact with me to ensure you're happy with the program, following it as planned and to troubleshoot anything you're not quite sure on or have questions about.

Services

No strict "Diets", just sensible, realistic dietary advice that you can implement right away.

All you need to do is start from where you are and make constant improvements. Before you know it, your diet will be unrecognisable, and with minimal effort and no suffering.
