I am dedicated to helping women feel more confident, strong and happy in their bodies. I want you to feel good, move well, stay pain free and in general show you how fitness can improve all aspects of your life for the better.

I can help you with lifestyle change, losing fat and building muscle (toning), improving your fitness and strength levels and bettering your diet by offering support, guidance and accountability with nutrition and calorie counting (optional).

I would highly recommend Marilin as a personal trainer, she is amazing at what she does! Marilin has been a great guide to me by building my confidence, working with me on exercise plans, recommending new and varied options for meal plans suitable for me and is an overall brilliant motivation and positive influence on both my physical AND mental health! She tailors every session to my personal needs and goes out her way to help me in any way she can. I have been training with Marilin for over a year and I have seen amazing results so far. I feel a lot stronger and healthier. Marilin takes the time to listen to your goals and tailors the sessions to ensure the goals are met. Before I started training with Marilin, I hated working out and I was very inconsistent with exercising but now I look forward to every session. I would certainly recommend Marilin as a P.T, she was absolutely amazing with not only helping me to become body confident (by tailoring P. T sessions to help me shed the pounds), but by also uplifting me mentally and emotionally. I had a rather negative body image of myself before I started training with Marilin but once I felt the rewards and could see how well I was doing that all changed. No denying she doesn't work you to the core, I would constantly tell her she was a very mean taskmaster, but had she not have been I would never have achieved the results I had through her sessions. All I have left to say is thank you for your commitment and your never give up attitude despite me struggling occasionally, you would always talk me round and remain patient with me ( which I know is no easy feat 😂). Hopefully we get to train again soon, I need to get back into it again after these bloody lockdowns!!! More...

I create a plan of action that fits into your lifestyle and is sustainable for you long term. I will be there for you when it comes to accountability, support, educating you with regards to training principles and exercise technique, nutrition and active lifestyle outside of the gym as a whole. I also provide extra training programmes to accompany our sessions together to reach your goals in shorter time frame.

Consistency is the key. Showing up to every session and doing the things we set out in the plan of action daily. If you stay consistent, keep learning and improving, and put in the necessary work, the results will follow.

I love the impact it has on peoples' lives. When my clients are able to enjoy their life more due to increased fitness levels, that's what brings me joy. Fitness is not just about aesthetics but it's about improving the quality of our lives and being able to do the things that we truly want. Seeing women be more comfortable in their own skin, feel stronger, more confident and empowered, is also great.

I am very patient, supportive and encouraging when it comes to personal training. I know when to slow things down and focus on mobility, form & technique, strengthening weaker muscles that might be weak due to a long history of inactive or sedentary lifestyle, but also when to push you past your own perceived limits and make you put your 100% into each session. I want to give you the tools, knowledge and skills to take back control over your health and physique for the rest of your life and hopefully after training with me you will never need a personal trainer again (unless you just want to have that extra bit of accountability and push to perform at your best of course).

Yes, I offer virtual personal training sessions, as well as online coaching and training plans that can be accessed via an app.

1:1 in person and virtual personal training sessions tailored to your goals, abilities and preferences and guidance and support with nutrition;
partner and small group personal training sessions and guidance with nutrition.

Besides 1:1 sessions, I also offer online coaching which involves the following:
a personalised training programme tailored to your schedule, goals and needs, abilities that is accessible via an app;
daily habits to complete;
weekly check-ins with me as to discuss and your progress, struggles and make any changes if needed;
access to my Nutrition and Fat Loss Principles ebook to guide you further with making better food and lifestyle choices;
further support, guidance and accountability with your nutrition;
video tutorials of all exercises in your programme via an app.
