Maria provided excellent service. I asked about delivery options as the lady I wanted to send flowers to has limited mobility and ideally the flowers would arrive when a carer was present although it didn't matter what day. I made the call at about 10:30am and Maria said they would deliver in about an hour which was so much quicker than I'd thought possible. She also patiently took details of the recipient's address as the postcode doesn't take you far enough and even called me to confirm that the delivery was successful. From placing my order to delivery and confirmation, time taken was only about an hour. My friend sent me a picture of the basket of flowers and they appear to be extremely vibrant and lovely quality. Marias Flowers and Gifts have helped bring a smile to someones face who desperately deserved it today. I will certainly be a returning customer when it next seems appropriate to send a loved one some flowers in the area! More...
