Depending on your experience, I will come up with a pole programme tailored to you. With my help you will achieve your goals and feel happier and healthier - all while having fun!

What do you love most about your job?
Watching people reach achieve their goals or seeing results from my classes. I love helping people and any time the client is happy, I'm happy. I love seeing the joy on someone's face when they achieve a move.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people get fit and healthy - just like I did. I used to hate exercise and now I'm an instructor and a PT. My story is that if I could do it, anyone can!

Pole Dance Instructor
Qualified instructor for Beginner and Higher Beginner levels of pole dance. Intermediate qualification coming in November.
Personal Trainer
Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I believe exercise should be fun and I will work hard to put together a programme that is tailored to you and your personal goals.
