I have recently finished the Alpha X program, which has set me on the path to realising my own goals. I have constantly lost weight, gained confidence in myself, and forged a whole new way of looking at life. The online coaching is perfect for busy dad's, there is live zoom calls, and personal data feed back, the course is tailored to you and is constantly changed and adjusted to keep you on the right path. There is a great group of dads on the Facebook group happy to offer advice and encouragement, also exchange meal plans and recipe's.
