Training with Marc has had a massively positive impact on my life. At 39 years of age, I feel stronger, fitter and more flexible than i’ve ever been. Marc has a great knowledge of biomechanics. Constant back pain was limiting me from training with heavy weights and playing with my kids. Marc has look after me for a while as PT, as overweight man in my 40’s, it’s not that easy. Marc was very approachable and came up with a plan after taking my measurements.
He explained well each exercices and the benefit of those. He does push the limits but not to the extend of hurting or damaging the muscles.
I highly recommend Marc to anyone who wish to hire a PT, a bespoke plan will be created to achieve goals given.

Witnessing the positive transformations in my clients lives. Its incredibly rewarding to see them achieve their fitness goals, improve their health, and gain confidence along the way. Building strong relationships with clients and being able to support them on their journey to better health and wellness is truly fulfilling. Additionally, I enjoy the variety in my work and the opportunity to continuously learn and grow within the fitness industry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being very skinny and lacking in confidence as a youngster lead me down the path to my own fitness journey. Years of trial and error helped shape me into what i became and could successfully pass on to others that would need my help.
