My husband and I worked with Manuel running up to our wedding. Right from the beginning Manuel was very quick to reply to our emails and very good at accommodating our work schedules with session times. He was extremely professional and listened to our goals, which were very different and managed to come up with a plan to suit both of us. I first got in touch with Manuel this past spring when I did ask him to put togheter an intensive cardio routine aimed at improving my athleticism and endurance.
During the one-hour session, he motives you throughout and pushes you to your limit to the point that you are barely able to breathe.
He is totally focused on you while ensuring that you are getting the most out of each session. He is passionate about his profession, and on top of that a superfriendly guy that makes you feel at ease straightaway.

With my job is not always easy find time to Train my body, but with Manuel every meeting at the gym was so fun.

As someone who had never ventured into the realm of exercise previously, I was very sceptical at the beginning. But Manuel is an extraordinary personal trainer, he changed my perspective on getting fitter. Manuel was able to put together an exercise plan and diet plan that achieved fantastic results for me. I enjoyed the sessions he designed and he regularly asked me for feedback and applied this feedback to ensure my sessions continued to feel fresh whilst delivering results.

Extremely friendly whilst also ensuring that you push yourself to your limits - I found that working with Manuel allowed me to achieve significantly more in a shorter space of time compared to working out by myself.
