I would highly recommend these guys. Andy and Airon made the move stress free and injected lightness to what would have been a hard day by their positivity and a sense of humour. Matt was organised and send us quotations and was communicative. The two lads arrived on time and went above and beyond. They carried our furniture down two flights and up another flight on arrival. Was definitely a pleasure dealing with Managed Mayham. Our situation was a bit complicated, we were moving between two cities, and we had lots of furniture and items in storage, some of the storage items needed to go to our new house, others to the old house. . assembly was needed in both the new place and the old place..to complicate things even further we were moving between Christmas and the new year. I choose managed Mayham because they were recommended by others and because of the good reviews, although their quote was around 15% higher than all the other quotes I got, they were well worth the price. Also, Matt came to survey the house and was the only company who actually appreciated how much stuff we had and made a point that we needed more than one truck, other companies didn't. We had a team of 4, lead by Andy, and two trucks.. they were really quick, professional and effectient, move took a day as a half as planned. After being let down by another company, Matt stepped in and really helped us. I was nervous as it was moving with a newborn baby and bad backs, but him and his guys made the move so simple. They came in the day before and packed the house up and then moved us the following day. Matt and his brilliant team did an amazing (and competitively priced) job of packing up our whole house and moving us! It was my first move in many years and I was really not looking forward to the process of moving out. Managed Mayhem really took the stress out of the move, they worked extremely hard for a full two days non-stop and were really friendly. We were confident to just leave them to pack up the house and unload at our new house! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they unloaded everything into the room of our choice, even rebuilding the furniture! We will be recommending Matt and his team to all our friends. Can't recommend this company more highly. Had arranged for Matt to help me move houses last week, he stayed in touch in the morning of to keep me updated on his arrival time. My possessions were carefully loaded and he had all the equipment to wrap and secure more fragile items like mirrors. He even kindly offered to take some of the items that I was planning on taking in my car (having underestimated how many possessions I had) into his van as he had plenty of extra room. Then somehow beat me to my new house and was happy to wait while I had to go collect my keys before moving all my possessions into the house. Amazing company! They just make things so easy for you! You can select bronze, silver or gold package, I went for the gold and I didn’t have to lift a finger! They packed, loaded and took my items to my new property in no time. The chaps were brilliant! They took the weight off my shoulder as you know Moving can be a very stressful time! I recently moved home and Matt and Laura are close friends of mine so obviously I reached out to them for a quote as I believe it's important to support friends with their new ventures.
Tom and his colleague came over right on time and the move happened during the heat wave. It was 34 degrees, Sunday when we moved from Bristol to South Wales and we were stuck on the M4 for 2 hours as the Cardiff tunnel was closed which caused (check the pun) mayhem for hours! It wasn't funny then, trust me.
I already knew their prices would be very competitive because I have referred some people to them who mentioned that and were very well impressed.
From my experience they were both brilliant and handled everything so nicely and carefully even though it was absolutely boiling and I was still packing a few things that were left.
Moving home has been a bit of a nightmare due to several issues we encountered and they really helped make this moving part so smoothly which I really appreciate. Usually mates leave things to be a bit more of a friendly manner but they were so professional, I was so impressed.
Wish you all the best for the future with this company, you guys are great! Now we just need to have you over for a bbq! :)
