Simply Incredible! My husband had 2500 FUE with Dr Malkani in June last year and his new hairline makes him look so different and much younger! We were really apprehensive at the start of this jouney but were encouraged by all the positive reviews we found from other patients. We did quite a bit of research online and also on the forums .Dr Malkanis name kept coming up and I knew we had to go for an initial consultation at least. We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Farzana who is the patient coordinator and then met Dr Malkani .He struck me as a very nice chap but extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field answering all our questions and calmed our apprehensions.My husband was booked in on a Saturday Morning and had his FUE done .We were done by about 4pm and we even got a lovely complementary lunch .After care was really top notch , very little swelling was noticed. Sometimes in life you know you have made a very smart and wise decision, this is how I feel be choosing Doctor Malkani as my hair transplant surgeonSince a young age of about 18/19 years old I knew I was going to suffer with hair loss and it was heredity in the family to suffer with male pattern boldness, by my early 30’s I had a really receding hairline and not matter how much I tried to cover it up people had started to notice and the comments became more regular which was affecting my personal confidence and self esteemI started the usual process of trying caffeine shampoos and minoxidil to try and recover the situation but no matter what the adverts say nothing is going to recover the situation, I even tried some laser therapy which had little to no effectSo I started to explore the costs of hair transplants which I actually only thought was for the rich and famous and did they actually work, seeing some celebrities with varying results was a big concern to invest this amount of money and not get the results I wanted Meeting Doctor Malkani was actually a breath of fresh air because everything he tells you is articulated and factual on what he could actually do for you, the information that he can provide is invaluable and will not tell you something just because you want to hear it because he gives a truthful assessment of the most suitable treatment available Doctor Malkani will give you a list of options of procedures for you to choose from which are tailored to you specific needs and the most suitable to your own personal situation, these will not necessarily be the most expensive or profitable to Doctor Malkani but what will give you the very best results, speaking with the Dr Malkani gives you such a clear understanding of the process and avoids speaking to any sales people who have a target to hit, he really does care and is a complete gentleman I actually had a FUT (strip) surgery for 2300 grafts and with the extraction the donor area actually provided about 2600 grafts and these additions all went in at no extra costs. The surgery itself was fairly stress free and painless and Doctor Malkani was very attentive throughout the extractions and incisions to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain what so everDoctor Malkani also assembled some great technicians who divided the individual follicles up and planted them after the incisions was made, he had 4 expert people working on me that was not only who was highly skilled but a pleasure to be round and made the day so much easier with good banter and laughter So the big question is did it work…….. 3 years on the truth is I have a very full head of hair now and strong hairline at the age of 42, my hair is long and thick now and no one would ever know I have had this surgery done. The biggest compliment and one for my own personal ego is to say on various times I have had ladies come up to me on nights out and say how great my hair looks, all I can say is a massive thank you to Doctor Malkani and his team for making a massive change in my life I am now taking PRP treatment now with the good doctor which is advisable to keep a good head of hair, no way am I ever going back to my old widows peak hairstyle. Dr Malkani is a credit to his profession. I previously had a bad experience with a different surgeon where the job was rushed and the results were poor. Dr Malkani made me feel so comfortable and welcome, he took great time to go through the procedure and the aftercare. His attention to detail and knowledge were outstanding. It's only been 1 month since the operation so I don't have the results just yet; but from the way the operation was carried out and seeing the differences in the immediate aftermath compared to the first surgery, I am confident it will be a success. My husband, Madassar, attended Dr Mir Malkani’s clinic for a hair transplant a couple of weeks ago. The service he received throughout was first class, both from Dr Malkani and his team. The procedure was carried out with real professionalism and the aftercare was excellent. Clear instructions were given on how to deal with the transplant post operation and they provided an information leaflet confirming the advice. This was followed up by a telephone call to ensure that he was healing well and feeling happy with how the procedure had been carried out. His head had healed really quickly, leaving no scars. This was my 1st time experiencing a hair transplant. I was really anxious to start with by the DR Malkani and his team made me feel at ease all day. I had my hair transplant by Dr Malkani in March 2018 for the front and crown area. It was 2317 grafts. I have recently been to see him for a review and I was pleased with my hair anyway, but amazed to see the difference compared to my pre operative photos. I am really happy with my hair now especially the crown which bothered me the most. This is the man to fix your crown and front if that’s what you need! First Transplant Feb 22 2019. I had extreme reservations regarding my procedure. I walked into a extremely welcoming Dr. Didn't make me feel nervous what so ever. He welcomed me to his team, The cleanliness and professionalism i could not fault.I was concerned about the pain and i worried over nothing. This is my second procedure, my first with another surgeon. I needed a second procedure as the first one wasn't successful, only around half of the graphs took. I have to say how much better this experience was than my first. Dr Malkani was extremely clear in his instructions of what was going to be done, clear in the the areas I needed graphs and understanding to what I wanted my results to be. The whole team were great.I'm not going to say it was painless because at times it is painful, especially when having the anesthetic. It's just something you have to get through and it doesn't last long at all - but it does hurt.I would without doubt recommend Dr Malkani to anybody looking to have surgery. All of the staff were friendly and made me feel that my requirements were the absolute priority. The procedure itself was not as uncomfortable as I imagined. Dr Malkani spent time with me to ensure that he understood precisely what I wanted, he made it clear to me what was possible and showed me a realistic timeframe of when I can expect to see results. My friend had a transplant via Dr Malkani and the results were very impressive so I therefore decided to reach out and had a transplant on November 1st, was very impressed with all of the service received by Dr Malkani and his team. I had previously been to 5 other consultations and I always felt I was being sold to or pressured into going with them. However with Malkani I never felt that once, he was direct and open about the surgery, which I liked.Made me take a week to think over before going ahead and from booking until the surgery we kept in frequent contact ensuring any questions I had were answered.Day of the surgery, again I felt very at ease.The clinic was very modern and clean, the procedure was completely fine, I could stop whenever I wanted if I needed a few minutes rest and then for the final part I was watching Netflix while having a chat with the assistants.My hair after 3 months looks to have grown extremely well, I expect in one year to be very pleased with the results. On arriving at the clinic I was naturally apprehensive about the following procedure. However, upon meeting Dr. Malkani I was instantly put at ease. Dr. Malkani maintained a professional and friendly manner throughout the day and made sure I was comfortable at all times of the procedure.
