1-2-1 Life coaching.

I am a resilience and well-being life coach. I support clients who are struggling to manage their health and well-being so they can reconnect with themselves and begin to live the life they really want.

Managing your anxiety, stress and a big change in your life can have a real impact on how you feel about yourself. This can then have a knock-on effect on your relationships, work-life balance and how you see yourself in the world.

Being true to ourselves, learning and understanding ourselves is the key to inner communication and happiness in life.

I will give you the individual attention you need to be able to strive and flourish. As your life coach, I will support you but also hold you accountable for the actions you set yourself. This approach will help drive you forward to meeting your goals for the sessions you book. This may sound harsh but I do understand what it's like to want something different and to manage a difficult change in life.

7 Steps to Living Your New Normal is a short online course. This course is designed to take you through a series of steps to learn and understand yourself in more depth. The more we understand ourselves the easier it is to connect with the problems we are facing and overcome them more easily.
