Apart from being a Certified NLP Coach I have nearly two decades of professional experience in large international businesses and have held several corporate development, innovation management and sales roles and have a track record of leading major innovation projects in large FMCG and e-Commerce sectors.
This enables me to understand highly complex environments and situations, and the personal qualities that are required to progress your career or grow a successful business in the current climate.
As a small business owner myself and a new mother, I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by ambitious professionals and how to navigate them to achieve business success while maintaining a good work -life balance.

NLP has changed my life.
It has allowed me to make big changes in my own life, simply through raising awareness of how my language patterns and thoughts impact my life experiences. This has sparked a huge passion to help others in finding their purpose and develop their mindset to become the best versions of themselves and live the life they deserve.
An experienced coach, I utilise my wide-ranging modalities such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Somatic Coaching or mindfulness to enable individuals, and organisations to reach their full potential.
