I really had a good vibe from this Club. They have a good equipment and also different courts for rackets sports!!! I hope they will add more training classes for Padel in the evening and weekend 😅 as I’m in a waiting list … more feedback to come!

Great Facility. You can come down to do a 5 hour hardcore gym session or just come down to have a few drinks with your mates. 4 squash courts in great conditions. 3 clay tennis courts. 5 hard courts. 2 Padel Courts. And in the summer many grass courts to socialise on. Great squash and tennis coaches. Mangers are very friendly, and the bartenders are good. Gym has lots of options. There is an LTA tennis tournament most years, which is very fun to watch… it’s my second home! More...

This club is an open and accepting place. Stage 1 group classes are meant for people with no tennis experience at all. If you keep it up, you will see yourself progress, which is a great feeling. The coaches are really nice, especially Nick Gray. Lara Davis, who manages the group classes and the bookings is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. A great club overall. Sometimes you get to play on grass which feels fantastic. More...

Cosy and friendly feeling. This iconic yes it is the tradition of tennis going back as far as 1920s. Many tennis champions have played here. Only criticism is me being a foodie is the kitchen closes at 17.45 on a Sunday. More...

A nice chilled place to play tennis, padel, squash or go to the gym. There's also a restaurant/bar on the premises. Generally nice place to socialise and play sports.

Visited for the International Championships, v.enjoyable. looked forward to the catering. Disapointing, poor value. Please reinstate the Brighton based caterers who were a wonderful added attraction to a great day.

Assez excentré et pas facile à trouver, le club est une vraie pépite, tennis, fitness, sans oublier club et pub, bref un endroit bien sympa.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
This starts with the mental matters...what you really want to achieve, how did you get to the point you're at now, what's missing to make you more likely to keep on track to your goals, what could get in the way of your success, your confidence and belief...
Training is provided but the level of support given is what makes the difference. Nutritional analysis, sleep patterns, stress management, habits, consistency with activity and being available for one to contact me is what is used to get every client the progress they seek.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Your mind!
Your mind is the strongest muscle in the body. Your body can't achieve what the mind doesn't believe.
This means that ones habits, lifestyle, motivations, mindset, temptation prevention, level of accountability... need to be addressed.
You can't just run around and move whilst eating badly and sporadic breaks for a few days , and still expect to achieve what you want.
You can't restrict your eating so much and have moments of severe binging, and still expect to get lean, strong and be full of energy.
If your mind is in the right place (occasional bumps along the way are normal - you're human), then you have a great chance of achieving something truly satisfying
What do you love most about your job?
As a former "fat kid"; I love bringing positive change to peoples lives. Their increased confidence, motivation and renewed energy for life is inspiring!
Changing someones life for the better is the ultimate satisfaction. Educating them on how to take care of themselves, which will in turn help them take care of their loved ones and friends is also incredibly rewarding.
My style isn't to just train someone, it's about educating the person so they know what to do when on their own, also sharing the knowledge with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I can't impact on as many lives if I worked for someone else. I also can't show my true passion and personality if working for someone else.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm not about the "fluff"...I give what works and the support you need, not fancy exercises that look cool and waste your time...whilst posting half-naked images of myself on social media.
I don't just see people in their sessions, it's the other support that really matters.
My personality is friendly, supportive and honest. Your wins are my wins, your losses are my losses.
If unsure, give me a call, exchange some emails or lets meet up for a 30 minute "breakthrough session", where we can see where you're going wrong and how you can make significant progress quickly.
