Major custom computing were brilliant after joining Bark l had the first communication from MCC within 20 minutes my laptop was collected at 1445 on Saturday afternoon, l received a call from Mat around 1900 that evening saying he had fixed the fault.
He returned my laptop 145 the following morning very pleased with the service Mat very professional throughout and yes l will definitely use MCC again when needed and l would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

Fantastic response. Super friendly, really reasonable price. I couldn’t get my computer fixed due to COVID meaning the part wasn’t available, but he is still looking for it for me. Simplicity. I often see websites with too much information. It is distracting and a real turn off.
A great website has flow. It is often the first interaction you will have with a potential new client. It needs to engage with them and encourage them to get in touch.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Things to ask me:
*Do you arrange buying the domain name and hosting for the site, and is this
included in your quote?
*How easy will it be for me to report on and update my website? If it requires
specialist knowledge, will you provide training for myself and my staff?
*Will there be any ongoing costs for general site maintenance?
*Will you optimise the website for search engines?
*Will the site be mobile responsive?
*If I am unhappy with the finished design of my site, can it be amended and is there
a cost associated with this?
*Will you provide content and imagery for the site, or should I provide it?
*What is the scope for future development of the website? Is it built to grow
quickly?
*How much will future amendments to the site cost?
What do you love most about your job?
I like working with small, new businesses. I was once in the same position, so know how daunting it can be. I like being able to reassure clients and demonstrate how a website can drive growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It all started as a hobby. I've been building computers for years. I wanted to see if I could turn my passion into a profession, and work for myself. It's the best thing I have done in my working life.

For repairs, contact free handover of goods. I can no longer enter your premises to fix a part on site, I need to take things back to my workshop.
