Dan is a very polite friendly individual.

I used Dan to paint my living room after another handyman made a mess of my living room, cost was reasonable. However unfortunately the walls had splashes of paint from the ceiling as well as couple of patches where the roller had missed spots and the edging all around the top was not straight (paint from the walls on the ceiling and vice versa) Dan's response to this was "You will never get it perfect!", not what you expect to hear.
