A lovely engineer came out to my electric gate which wasn’t working. Justin explained what was wrong and repaired it. I had another problem and Justin returned and put it right , didn’t charge me. We recently had new automated driveway gates and railings supplied and fitted by Magtec. We are delighted with them. The whole company are a pleasure to work with, from quote stage to completion. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is excellent. Magtec have recently installed new electric gates. They were quick to come out to quote and we only had to wait a few weeks for installation. Communication was good and the engineers who came out were polite and courteous. We had a small hitch after they were fitted but the engineer came out quite quickly and resolved it.
