Paul was visiting children in a hospital ward today and was absolutely brilliant! He was a very welcome distraction for our 8 year old daughter as she waited to go for her operation. I Had the pleasure to work with Paul over the Easter weekend, providing technical support to all the acts on stage. Paul performed two shows a day over the three days of the event at Santa Pod and both the audience (of all ages) and I found him funny, engaging and very talented. If you need a magician for anything from a kids party to large corporate functions then I thoroughly recommend Paul. A professional through and through who obviously loves his craft. He has an infectious laugh and you just can’t help being drawn in to his performance every time. For me, the most important thing in any performer is that they CARE about the performance and their audience Paul showed this every time including entertaining people between shows with his magic. Magic Paul entertained the children (and adults) at our daughter’s 4th birthday party. The kids were engaged the entire time. Paul has a wonderful energy that children are naturally drawn to (even the most shy ones). Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. We booked Magic Paul for our son’s 5th Birthday Party and he was absolutely incredible from the time I booked until the end of the party. He sent videos to us so we could show our son which got him even more excited. There were 35 kids and Magic Paul kept them entertained for the whole duration of the party (2hrs) - We even heard back from the other parents whose children were still talking about how great the party was a few days after which was really nice to hear. Our son is a little shy so Magic Paul kept the party going and kept checking in on the birthday boy until he felt comfortable to join in which did happen and he loved it. I would 100% recommend Magic Paul to anyone that is looking for an entertainer, he even went to the trouble of arriving a little earlier so he could meet our son and introduce himself. Magic Paul was totally brilliant. He had the children totally captivated for a whole hour and Frankie the bunny really stole the show at the end. Paul really made the birthday boy feel special and he loved helping with the magic tricks. Magic Paul certainly worked his magic at my son's 6th birthday party. Very professional & punctual. Loved the casual approach & how firm he was with the kids in order to get their full attention. He certainly made his voice heard & challenging kids soon caught on that this magician meant business. The little bunny was a little matted & not the brightest white one would expect but over all a good show which the children enjoyed. What a magical blast for my son's 8th birthday! Paul has been brilliant right from point of booking, through the party itself. We went for the full 2 hour package and it was worth every penny. From the moment the first child arrived until the last one left, Paul kept every single one of them (9 kids) engaged and entertained and they were a mixed bag ranging in age from 4-11 years old, boys and girls. The adults were really impressed too!! The birthday boy was chuffed to bits to be so involved in the show and it was lovely seeing the genuine wonderment on each of the kids (and again...adults!) faces during the fantastically pitched magic show. Of course, the piece de resistance was the appearance of Fifi the rabbit...what a star she was!! Highly recommend! More...

How long have you been interested in magic?
The childhood love of magic had never left me. Through the years, I've kept magic with me as I've been an actor, director, and musician. Now, as a full time magician, I bring all those other skills into play.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
I have a story and character based show where the children do all the magic for me> In the story, my magic is broken and it only works when they do it. Eventuality the birthday child or children save the day and magic my pet bunny rabbit back for me.
What do you love most about your job?
The laughter and the reactions from the children. So many stories!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided that I should do what I love.
After a time working in many different jobs, it became apparent I was destined to be an entertainer. With the support from my wife and family, we made the jump and have never looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care deeply about the overall experience for the parents and children, and do everything I can to ensure the party is the best it can be for everyone.
