I’d like to thank Mario, the inspecting electrician that visited our home today at Flat 4 Roy House, Feltham.

In over 12 years of living in this building, I have never ever seen such a service from maintenance. Mario was incredibly helpful, and full of enthusiasm, he came into my home with the upmost respect, and he was determined to sort out an issue that was previously left behind by another member of your team.

He not only sorted that main issue in which he was attending to, but he also had a general look around my property and found so many small yet extremely dangerous flaws and he fixed all of them.

I mean at one point there was a loose wire sticking out of our main circuit board that was just touching the a metal adjoining piece, and had that wire been touched the whole circuit would break and electricity would cut out and we didn’t even know who had left it like that. Yet Mario did not waste a moment of time after noticing and pointing it out, he immediately went downstairs to his vehicle and brought all the necessary equipment to fix it.

He is honestly and genuinely one of the best electricians I have ever come across and I honestly believe that pointers should be taken from this gentleman for all his colleagues. If everyone came like him, I think I’d be happy opening my door to maintenance at 9am everyday of the week.
