I have had Richard to do many jobs for me from changing a fuse board to finding and repairing a fault in wiring extensions in our summer house and adding a security light. Last job he did was adding some power sockets in my home office. Very reasonable cost, (quoted for 3, added 4 and only charged for 3). Thanks again Richard for another job well done. More...

Lovely and friendly gentlemen but very slow. He forgot what he has quoted for, had to remind him. Doesn't take customers opinions, does what he wants.

Hello Pawita You have not mentioned the large amount of time I spent correcting faults on your existing wiring (free of charge), or all the light fittings I installed (free of charge) and the additional effort spent concealing wiring . I did forget to change a single socket to a double, which you correctly pointed out, but it was you who was confused with the clear and simple quotation excluding the garage power & lighting and the exterior flood lighting options. My proposal also saved you from a full rewire, which any other electrician would have been happy to charge for ! I am sorry you were not impressed with my work, however your father and husband both stated they were delighted with the result.

Helped with changing a light fitting but also need some rewiring. Came round to quote and did the job there and then. Richard is a genuine guy and I will be using his services again next time I need some wiring done.
What do you love most about your job?
With over 40 years in the industry, I still enjoy seeing customers delight when you hand over the new system or appliances (whatever they may be !).
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent the last 12 years working in offices in central London and commuting every day, I have had enough of cyclic office life and commuting and decided to go back to my roots in electrical installations.
I started my own company and now enjoy working locally with the freedom from the 9-5 office and dreary commuting.
