Maddy looked after our 2 dogs for 2 weeks while we were away on holiday. From the very first email, the experience was fantastic! She sent us an introductory email advising that our dogs would literally just be living with her as she works from home as a dog groomer. This was such a relief to us, as we were very hesitant to put them in kennels. Maddy picked them up and had a meeting with us where I had to write out their exact schedule as she wanted to stick to their routine as best as she could. Throughout their boarding she sent us regular updates, photos and videos. Before dropping them off she groomed them and gave us a full handover when she brought them home. Her passion and love for animals radiates through her and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful experience! More...

Excellent service, always gives our very loving and extremely dopey St Bernard lots of fuss and this is the only place we take him to, to get washed and cut where he will actually get out of the car!!

I took my 9 year old chocolate lab Maisy over to Maddy's Mutts today for a good brush, bath and claw-clipping. I was really impressed! Maddy was so good with her and did a fantastic job, when I picked Maisy up she was happy, calm and smelled lovely! :-).
