I work with a lovely team of tutors helping support 6-18 year olds through their studies in Maths, English and Science. All of us tutors have achieved outstanding grades and are studying competitive courses across London and Hertfordshire.

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love seeing students start to enjoy a subject! Of course not everyone enjoys the classic English/Maths/Science lessons at school however I aim to make our sessions as fun and interactive as possible, whilst focusing on the core content needed to improve a student's school grades. I love seeing our students build confidence in our 1-to-1 sessions, which often leads them to really enjoy what they're studying!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a university student studying Medicine in London, I absolutely love Maths and Science! During Covid, I really wanted to help my local community and started tutoring local friends and family to help them through their studies and support their online learning. I quickly fell in love with teaching and decided I could help others, even further away than just my own local town. I then started MadOnMaths where I met even more tutors in a similar position to me. We now work closely together creating and delivering engaging sessions for more young students than ever!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I'm available online throughout the week after school and at weekends. I tutor via zoom, which has a handy whiteboard function for explanations and helps us provide fantastic interactive sessions!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As an online business, there is no direct contact between students and tutors. All of our communication is via whatsapp and therefore we have no routes of transmission for Covid-19.
Free Tuition Trial session
We offer every student a FREE 50 minute tutoring session with one of our EXPERT tutors at MadOnMaths. We use this time to assess each student and work out how tutoring can help them. This is also to provide parents with a better insight into what we will be working on before you commit to any paid sessions. From this session, we will create each student a personalised learning plan, set up a whatsapp group for all communication and answer any questions that you have!

We offer a 50 minute session of 1-to-1 online Maths/English/Science Tuition with one of our EXPERT tutors from MadOnMaths. ALL of our tutors hold a fully enhanced DBS Certificate and are studying competitive courses from around the UK. Each session is £25 inclusive of all preparations, homework and personalised feedback available after each session.
