Kris came around to my house within 30 mins of speaking with him about my Mac which Apple had told me was pretty much toast. He ran some initial checks and advised of a couple of options to fix it, and took it with him to work on. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process, including finding some further faults. Amazingly, he managed to recover all of my data at a fraction of other prices I had been quoted around town. He then installed a new hard drive and reinstalled everything for me. It's like I have a brand new Mac now. Kris went above and beyond my expectations, and upon delivering my Mac back he spent some more time with me to cover everything with me. I really can't thank him enough, he fixed what I thought was an irretrievable situation. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues with your computer. You won't be disappointed. Kris did a brilliant professional and fast repair service on my iPhone 6 Plus. He came out to our house and sorted things in minutes. Friendly courteous & trustworthy, he took the time to explain to me the problems caused by my last repairer. He then emailed me the technical description enabling me to go back to that company for them to put right their work.
