Macleods taxis

10 out of 10 to Helen and Norman. We had booked for 9 people through Taxicode (a 3rd party booking company), had confirmation and full payment taken by Taxicode. Unbeknown to us, Macleods no longer had a contract with Taxicode, but Taxicode didn’t organise an alternative taxi for us. It was only by Helen and Norman checking about the booking that we were alerted to the problem (a couple of hours prior to the agreed pick up time). Helen has since phoned me to see how I’ve got on getting a refund from Taxicode. I would recommend Macleods to anyone, but to book directly through them. Do not use Taxicode to book. More...

Would highly recommend the taxi service. Booked the service for 5:45 AM to Edinburgh airport from Dundee. Arrived well before time, polite greeting, helped with my bags, opened the door. The most pleasant taxi trip I have had. Over an hour of journey did not feel like a drag with Helen as company there, couldn't fault it anywhere. More...

Used Macleod’s Taxis on a number of occasions most recently on 23rd Nov for a return trip to St Andrews. Quick, extremely polite and professional service with good communications. Was advised that it was particularly busy with traffic, but the driver advised that they would take a diversion over the old Forth bridge was back home in great time. Would recommend most highly.
