Listening is the first step in assisting you with your ideas. During our initial free consultation, we will discuss and develop the brief with you. This will include evaluating what you require and assisting you with a how this may be achieved through considerate and interactive design. Whatever size your project may be, we will, from the outset, advise and agree the extent of all the work required to ensure that your project receives the attention it deserves. We will prepare Planning drawings, 3D sketches, discuss both external and interior aspects of your project, obtain Planning and Building Regulations as necessary so that detailed drawings can be carried forward to construction. Although we do not project manage on site, we ensure that if you require us to provide further information to a building contractor it is clear and comprehensive.
