Ben provided fast, efficient and excellent service. I'd had many painful conversations with Apple re my 2012 Macbook Air, which was very slow and telling me I'd run out of memory. They had advised me to do XYZ. I managed to do X but called Ben for help with Y and Z. He took a look at my MacBook and concluded that I didn't need to what they had suggested (which would have been costly) - instead he gave the system a proper 'clean up' removing all the digital debris that it has accumulated over the years and managed to free up over 50GB of memory - all done within 24hrs. Fantastic service. I was told it would be a few days to get my laptop battery changed (stupid macbooks with their stupid glued-in batteries) but a little over 24 hours later I'm heading home with a fixed computer. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with BPC Doctor's work and professionalism. My MacBook Pro died in-between Christmas & New Year. Apple and other third party places said my 'vintage' machine was unfixable and parts were unavailable. Ben quickly gave me an honest diagnosis with no pressure. I opted to take him up on a repair which he did to budget and on schedule, saving me loads of hassle and stress. I’m ‘old school’ and I expect the people who I speak to and ask for professional help to be courteous honest and clear about what they can do for me. Ben was really very helpful. He was very good at explaining the issues with my computer and sorted out a bunch of things and now my iMac is running much faster. Just having a person to talk to face-face about my computer rather than someone in a call centre made things much easier and expedited any issues. I now know what to do, what checks and clean ups to run on a regular basis to keep my machine in good nick. As for Ben, he was very nice and friendly. PC Doctors saved my life!I am photographer and had serious amounts of data and storage on my iMac when the cursed Black Screen started to visit me! I called and they reassured me that something could be done and I was able to take it in almost immediately for emergency surgery.Less than 48 hours later they had it back to me all sorted with a new drive and it's like a new computer. Ben was previously kind enough to vist my grandparents home when my elderly Grandpa was scammed and feared his ancient IMac would never run again. Ben was ever so reassuring to my worried Grandpa, promptly worked his technological magic, was able to save years worth of my Grandpa's work and got our old iMac up and working again! Many months have passed since, and when my Grandpa's hard drive on his beloved aged iMac finally packed up, we knew there was only one place we would be calling for much needed assistance. Once again Ben visited our home (inspite of a broken foot) and spent a cheerful and professional few hours replacing the malfunctioning HD on my Grandpa's 27” iMAC. His technical knowledge is incredible and we knew we were in safe hands. He also re-installed all of my Gramp's data from his external Seagate HD and even took a look at my Apple laptop too! Ben is nothing other than a lovely individual who we can't recommend highly enough and if we have any kind of computer problems we know just who to call!! Had a very tedious problem with my laptop screen, kept cutting out randomly to the point where it became unusable. Looked up pc repair specialists in Bristol and found The PC Doctor who had great reviews and they are well deserved. Ben replaced and upgraded my laptop screen and now it looks and runs beautifully.
