I have been training with Michelle in her fully equipped gym since August this year. I was really nervous to start with, Michelle was fantastic and put me at ease straight away. It’s hard graft but I love every minute of it. The grit sessions are fantastic and worth every bead of sweat. I have lost 1st 7lb and 21 inches in total and feel fantastic. A way to go but getting there. Myself and my husband are doing the great diet Michelle gives you. It’s easy to follow once you get the hang of it. My husband is type 2 diabetic and has lost 1st5lb. His blood sugar readings are now great and where they should be. So much so he has been taken off a lot of his medication. If you are looking for a PT Michelle is great and a lovely lady. I have been training at Michele’s boot camp for almost 2 years and would highly recommend her. She is a stickler for correct technique and ensures fitness and circuit training never become boring. I had been struggling for sometime to lose weight and asked her for some advice as I'm getting married in September this year. She is a fantastic PT who is determined to ensure you achieve the results you want. Michelle encourages you through each session even when you feel you can go no further in each exercise. She takes the time to explain each exercise and what areas of the body it works. Michelle has a fantastic diet plan and takes time to evaluate your meals and gives advice on what food alternatives are available to help improve your weight and fitness. So much so that my partner has also moved to the same diet and his diabetes has improved so much he has been discharged from the diabetic clinic as his sugar levels are now at a controllable level and has had the best results since he has been diagnosed six years ago. If anyone is thinking of starting with a PT then contact Michelle straight away. Thank you so much Michelle, could not get these results without you!!! More...

I have known Michelle for many years now from her custom in the bistro restaurant where I work. I had been struggling for sometime to lose weight and asked her for some advice as I'm getting married in September this year. She instantly asked if I ever had a PT session and would I like to have a trial. The 'trial' continued and five months later I'm still continuing with Michelle. Since starting I have lost just over two stone and my fitness has increased dramatically. She is a fantastic PT who is determined to ensure you achieve the results you want. Michelle encourages you through each session even when you feel you can go no further in each exercise. She takes the time to explain each exercise and what areas of the body it works. I’ve been training with Michele since last August. Having lost over 6 stone I’m still on the journey but the finishing line is now a lot closer & I feel so much better in myself. Michele has provided so much knowledge on nutrition & diet so eating healthier is now a way of life. I do not have to starve myself to lose weight. I can have a drink on a weekend. I have been attending classes at my gym run by Michele for the past 12 months. I cannot recommend her high enough. Michele is supportive, encouraging, and sometimes understanding lol. If you want results, this is your trainer! It’s hard work and you will be pushed to your limits but you will also get results. The classes are varied to stop repetition but are all designed to get the maximum results. Myself and my training partner Dawn are moving to a different gym but we will sadly miss Michele’s classes. started with this trainer 8 weeks ago,because of a recommendation off a friend. Being 6ft 3" 18 stone 2 and in touching distance of the big 50 didn't faze Michelle. she's done an amazing job with a guy that couldn't even see his toes,let alone touch them.i'm currently weighing in at 16 stone 13 and a quarter, the first time my scales have seen a 16 in more than 15 years, its been mega hard graff, but worth every single bead of sweat.i'm gob smacked to say the least,with my results.but im not finished yet,this was a secret mission for me to loose some weight before i go to vegas in May 17, i'm feeling like a different person i'm fitter leaner and enjoying a new lease of life and being pushed to the next level.all i can say is thank you michele from the bottom of my heart and if i could give you 11 stars i would. Michele has created a fun and challenging programme based on the targets I want to achieve. She is very enthusiastic and encouraging and if I can’t manage something she offers a variation until I can complete the full exercise. Michele is very knowledgeable and her warm personality immediately puts you at ease. I really look forward to our training sessions, she has given me the confidence to push myself that bit harder. I attend their bootcamp on Tuesday nights at Beaumont park. It is the perfect for been challenging and improving my fitness without been pushed too hard! I can already see the difference after going for only a couple of months! Not just in my body but how I feel, so much more healthier and confident! It's not like a gym, where you dred going; it's in the fresh air in beautiful Beaumont park. You can make the excerise challenging or easy as you'd like, there are a range of abilities.
