Good service and good communication! I was told my laptop couldn't be fixed but these guys managed to repair it. After identifying what was the problem they got in touch to inform me what needed to be done and how much would it cost before going ahead.

Took my Macbook Pro in for a screen replacement and the guy I spoke to was very friendly and talked me through the process. I told him that i have travelled a fair distance and he assured me that it would be done the same day. So I parked at the Arndale and had a wonder around the city centre, 2.5 hours later he called me to say that he had finished the job and my machine was ready to collect! Outstanding service. My iMac stopped working and I was unable to repair it with the help of Apple Support. Apple suggested I take my iMac to any repair shop other than an Apple Store as they classed my 2011 iMac as vintage and as such, no longer manufacture the parts to repair it. My iMac was diagnosed and fixed (it needed a new SSD) within 24 hours and I was charged a very reasonable price for their work. Extremely patient and helpful. My macbook died and they saved my data. Gave an honest informed opinion as to whether it was worth repairing, and sourced a new motherboard to correct spec. Now writing this review on it, so relived to have it back up and running, faster than ever. They even replaced the 'A' key which was a bit worn, and the rubber pads underneath free of charge :) - real attention to detail and pride in their work. So very happy with the service. Our laptop had what initially looked like a power / charging issue which on closer inspection turned out to be hairline cracks in the motherboard. Great service and really helpful staff, accidentally spilt some liquid on my MacBook Pro and firstly took to Apple who suggest it was beyond repair unless I wanted to pay 800+ to fix. Took it to Manchester Mac & of centre and they fixed my Mac for a fraction of the price , they also reassured me that’s it was fixable and I had my Mac back within three days. My Mac had liquid damage and I took it to apple who told me that damage would cost me around £1000 to fix so I then starting looking elsewhere with no hope of being fixed. Helped me with a MacBook Pro (2011 machine) query when Apple would not assist (Apple described my computer as ‘beautiful but obsolete’, and thus would not support-even with me offering to pay for the repair). The guys at Mac & PC Centre are very helpful, offered practical advice and realistic solutions to upgrading my ageing macbook.
