I’ve been working out with Maggie virtually since February and I’ve seen huge improvements in my overall fitness. I’ve lost weight and inches, still a work in progress but very happy with the changes so far. Really enjoy almost 😅 all of the workouts and the variation. Maggie is a very supportive coach and seeing the changes she herself has made has been such an inspiration for me to get fit as well. Being the mom of two small kids I can find all sorts of reasons to not make time for working out, but after starting with Maggie I’ve found the motivation to always get my three workouts a week in. She has provided great online workouts both live and recorded for my convenience. They’re always accommodations but usually right on level for me with the option to up the weights (if it ever got too easy) Motivation and feedback from Maggie & the group has been lovely too!
