The whole process of my claim has taken over two years and I have had at least 6 different solicitors. They only answer my emails when I chase them with calls. The lady I spoke to today (Wed 24 May 23) was extremely rude. I asked her for my solicitor to call back and I was told “There’s no need because I have told you everything you need to know”. The previous receptionists / telephone handlers I’ve spoken to have been quite helpful but this one was so rude considering I have been waiting for my payment from a car crash for over 2 years. Fail to represent me the best they can. Fail to adequately advise me. Fail to do basic assessment on injuries. Expect me to take less than 50% of book price for injuries. I have two cases with Lysander law, one has now taken 2 years, Ref: P116503. And the other is 1 year and a half, Ref: P120626 Claims handlers will leave randomly and you will not be notified by anyone (this is not a one off case, it happened to a lot of people in the reviews, it happened to me THREE times), they will not reply to your emails and your claim will take 2 to 3 years if you're lucky. *Best advice:* Ask your insurance if you could use different solicitors as they will waste your time GUARANTEED!
