Working with Luke has literally changed my life - and probably given me an extra 20 years with my family.

I can barely find the words to describe the impact that Luke has had. After decades of failing to lose the "baby weight" and failing every diet under the sun, I've lost 3 stone and gone from a size 14 to a size 6 (yes really, a size 6!). At 49, I'm the fittest and strongest that I have ever been and I'm now working towards getting a 6 pack.

I had a number of pre-existing injuries including shoulder, back and knee issues which have restricted the way in which I can train and Luke always manages to find a way to modify exercises so that I can do them.

Not only does Luke make training fun, he is a genuinely lovely chap and my sessions with him are the highlight of my week.

Working with Luke is the single best thing I have ever done for myself and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly.

I can assure you that if follow Luke's guidance you can achieve a level of fitness and a body shape that you never thought possible - I did!

Forget Joe Wickes! Luke Evans is THE personal training guru around Worcestershire. Luke is an amazing PT with a wealth of knowledge. Not only is he a genius at what he does but he is also good fun, and I look forward to my training sessions.

If you are considering a fitness overhaul, Luke will get you to your destination and you will enjoy the journey. I recommend him 100%.

Stubborn weight has disappeared and more importantly I feel the strongest and fittest I have for a long time. Luke works you hard but at a level that is right for you and even when it hurts you can't help but smile. Thanks Luke.

The most refreshing thing about training with Luke is he shares so much knowledge about not just exercise, but diet and lifestyle changes so you really can achieve your goals. He is motivating and makes sessions enjoyable. He helps you correct your form throughout exercises and makes sure you are doing them right to work the right part of the body. Started in January with a 12 week transformation program which I was brought as a Christmas present and I have to say I am so amazed with the results so far. I’ve lost 24lbs and still have 5 weeks to ago. But what is most important I really enjoy my sessions. I’ve been training with luke for just over 3 months... and have just gone past a stone in weight loss. To say that I’m thrilled is an understatement! I started training with Luke in April and he has made a huge difference to my health and fitness in that time. I am losing weight, getting stronger and feeling fitter each week. Luke knows his stuff! Donna and I have been training with Luke for around 2 years and he has been very much a part of our weight loss and fitness journey preparing and getting us through our first half marathon (2018 Worcester City). Luke can be depended on to provide a holistic approach to health and fitness guiding us both through physical and nutritional challenges, and who better to have in charge of rehab programs after major surgery that both Donna and I have had recently with amazing and sustainable results. I started training with Luke beginning of the year. He has been training me throughout my pregnancy safely and confidently. I am now 8 months pregnant and still training with him and feel great! I started training with Luke in April of this year and I’m so pleased I did. I feel so much stronger, fitter, confident and happy. Weight loss has been an added bonus and I’ve learnt how to make changes to my diet and lifestyle which means I never feel like I’m on a diet and I’m really enjoying exercise. As a mother of two young children, I started training with Luke, in truth, to have some time for me. To reconnect with myself and to try and shape both my mind and body into a something which I would be happy with, and proud of. Feeling slightly intimidated by the gym and always feeling like I wasn’t able to visit as many times as my monthly outgoing suggested I should, I turned to Luke. For the first time in my life, I can now hand on my heart say that I am enjoying exercise. Having just returned from holiday where I ran a few mornings and other mornings, completed a 20 minute hiit programme designed by Luke, I feel fitter, happier and so proud of what I’ve achieved and actually wore a bikini for the first time in years. Although it was never really about weight loss for me, I feel so much more confident having lost fat and built strength. With Luke’s selfless, understanding, ‘you CAN and WILL do this’ approach, I feel more confident, have re connected with the woman I once was before I became a mother - although embracing and feeling appreciative for the traces of my pregnancies and births - overall, I am happier. I started training with Luke in May and cannot recommend him enough, he has been brilliant at motivating and coaching me on the days where I just wouldn’t have bothered on my own and the results are starting to show, my fat percentage is down and my muscle mass is up. He knows what he’s talking about and makes you feel at ease from the beginning. I’ll definitely carry on training with him and I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can go with his guidance.
