What makes a great website?
A great website is a beautifully designed, well optimised and fit for purpose showcase of the business or service it is advertising. Driving business is normally the primary goal and this needs to be considered from the first stage of development right through to delivery and after launch.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I normally ask a few simple questions:
Are you working to a budget? Do you have a domain and/or website already? Can you tell me more about the business and what you want to achieve with the website? Do you already have images/photographs/content for the website?
What do you love most about your job?
I love that i get to work with new people with new and exciting businesses. Each business has different requirements and are at different stages and learning about the business is important for me to create a great website.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked with many big name clients and for many different marketing and digital agencies, some of these places act as a middleman between developer and client and often things can get overlooked or lost in translation. When i inspired to create my own business i sought to keep this barrier to a minimum so you are working with the developer directly.
