There are many issues that can lead you to counselling-sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and we can often struggle to make sense of how we are feeling. Talking things through in a safe and non-judgemental space can help us to process our thoughts and feelings and to feel calmer and more at peace with ourselves.
I am a warm, authentic and empathic counsellor who will work with you to explore the parts of your life that just don’t feel right and to help you work through any difficult feelings you may be experiencing. Having the space to be truly listened to and accepted fully can be a powerful experience that can bring about real change.
As a counsellor I support people with a variety of concerns including anxiety,
