I love to empower others to live the life that makes them happy and help them seeing that they can change any situation by improving your adaptability and attitude.

Before mindfulness entered my life I have been almost constantly judging myself for my actions and the desire for perfection was burning inside. It felt like I was in a constant race to achieve the goals I had set for myself without being able to recognise any of my achievements.

Due to the pressure, I put myself under I wasn’t able to relax and enjoy myself in the same way as those around me. So when my corporate company launched the first Mindfulness training I hurried up to sign up…

When I started practicing mindfulness, I shifted my attention to the present moment and fully tuned into myself. It helped me to open up in a non-judgemental way to the present moment; acknowledge my old thinking patterns and transform them into new and more powerful ones. I quickly became a mindfulness fanatic and started to train to delivering mindfulness training and coaching.

I help my clients to be more focused, confident and happier with work relationships and communicating with others without fears.

I’m experienced in working with pro athletes, helping them to overcome the inner obstacles, allowing them to be able to work more consciously with their minds and their bodies and increase their performance.

I help my clients work with their emotions allowing them to be more emotionally balanced. I guide them so they can see clearly who they are, learn their old patterns and liberate themselves from the social or interpersonal conditioning.

I can delivery online services via Zoom or any other preferred platform.
