In 2022 we were exploring the market with a view to having Solar Panels (PV) installed on the roof of our bungalow.

After making several enquiries we were given Jon's contact details so we gave him a call. As he is located fairly local to us, I think I'm right in saying that after a brief telephone chat with him in the morning, he said he was most likely able to visit us that afternoon. True to his word he called round and spent a good deal of time listening to what we wanted and at the same time advising as to the what he considered to be the best solution. There was no pressure selling involved and Jon suggested we have a think about it whilst he would go away and put a quote together for us.

We were happy with the quote and Jon went ahead and installed 14 panels + Inverter - which was installed in the loft - and all associated wiring, taking some 2½ days to complete the work, which was carried out to a very high standard in July 2022.

We had said to Jon upon completion of the works, that dependant on how well things turned out, we might consider adding a storage battery or two to the system at a later date. We were pleased with the results we were getting from the solar generation in the following couple of months after the initial install, so we asked Jon to quote for two batteries to be added to the system, which he did and installed in November 2022, again with all works carried out to a very high standard.

In conclusion, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jon if you are considering having Solar PV and / or Storage Batteries or indeed any electrical work done. He always listens to what we the customer wants doing and comes up with sensible and meaningful suggestions to take into consideration in order to achieve the desired results.
