Installing a boiler can be an intimidating and costly experience. LS1 were fantastic from early contact with the administration through to final tidying up after the job was finished. The team of Sarah and Leonie and others in the office and Kevin and Dwayne on the job were brilliant: courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient, everything a business should be. So based on Uber's star rating standard, which forces you to give 5 stars for someone just simply doing their job, I would like to give LS1 a 7 star rating. From initial web quite, to sales services, to making sure someone was there on time, to the work, the cleanliness and after sales support there is absolutely nothing to fault. Nada. Even helped me work around my schedule. Looked for ways to get the thing installed in the shortest time possible (I was very lucky to have this done within 2 days of initial call).
