Exceptional conveyancing from LPL's Ashley and Amy. As a first time buyers we were completely new to the process and really unsure about what solicitor to go with. Louise from new business was very helpful and reassuring and made me feel completely at ease with the decision to instruct when i was actually quite overwhelmed by the variety of quotes i received from local and online companies. Once instructed the team were always available when needed, provided regular updates, and answered my questions, however seemingly pedantic, with confidence and reassurance. The whole process was really quick - our vendor was keen for a quick sale and we had no chain so i think from instruction to completion, the process was just over 7 weeks.
